The programme is ONLY open to students from partner HEI’s with a granted Erasmus+scholarship!
The participation fee for the week programme is €80 (including daily sandwich lunch) for all students.
Register quickly as we only allow a maximum of 40 registrations so that study visits and workshops remain organisationally possible. To guarantee a balanced number of students from different institutions and countries, we also limit the maximum capacity to 10 students per country and educational institution (with an Erasmus+ grant). First come, first served!

Registrations are possible until February 1. Registration is only complete and certain after payment of the participation fee.
This participation fee is fully refunded after the IPAB for participating students with an Erasmus+ scholarship via 1 of our partner institutions with which we have a bilateral BIP agreement. However, there is no refund for students who ultimately cancel their engagement or do not show up during the IPAB. An additional benefit for students with an Erasmus+ scholarship is a personal funding budget of €70 per day (making a total of €350 for 5 IPAB days). Please check with your educational institution whether you can apply for an Erasmus+ scholarship.
