{"id":48,"date":"2017-10-11T12:02:51","date_gmt":"2017-10-11T11:02:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.arteveldehogeschool.be\/ipab\/?page_id=48"},"modified":"2025-09-25T16:16:23","modified_gmt":"2025-09-25T14:16:23","slug":"registration","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ipab.arteveldehogeschool.be\/ipab\/?page_id=48","title":{"rendered":"Registration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The programme is <strong>ONLY<\/strong> open to <strong>students<\/strong> from partner HEI&#8217;s<strong> with a granted Erasmus+scholarship!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>participation fee <\/strong>for the week programme is \u20ac80 (including daily sandwich lunch) for all students.This participation fee is fully refunded after the IPAB for participating students\u00a0 with an Erasmus+ scholarship via 1 of our partner institutions with which we have a bilateral BIP agreement. However, there is no refund for students who ultimately cancel their engagement or do not show up during the IPAB.<\/p>\n<p>An additional benefit for students with an Erasmus+ scholarship is a personal funding budget of \u20ac70 per day (making a total of \u20ac350 for 5 IPAB days). <strong>Please check with your educational institution whether you can apply for an Erasmus+ scholarship.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Register quickly as we only allow a <strong>maximum of 40 registrations<\/strong> so that study visits and workshops remain organisationally possible. To guarantee a balanced number of students from different institutions and countries, we also limit the maximum capacity to 10 students per country and educational institution (with an Erasmus+ grant).
